REFUND POLICY

  • cancellations can be made within 24hours of making the purchase, aslong as I have not started the order, or purchased and custom items for yur order. 
  • I reserve the right to parital refunds if I have already purchased goods for your item, or started the order. 

MADE TO ORDER 

  • ONCE THE DECORATION HAS BEEN MADE AND YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE BESPOKE ORDER, YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO A REFUND, AS THIS IS A MADE TO ORDER SERVICE, MEANING I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESELL THIS PRODUCT, FOR THE PRICE CHARGED. 

DAMAGED GOODS

  • IF YOUR ITEM TURNS UP DAMAGED, YOU NEED TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF THIS, STRAIGHT AWAY, WITHIN 12HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. AFTER THIS PERIOD OF TIME I CANNOT EXCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS.
  • IF DAMAGED YOU WILL BE OFFERED A RETURNS TO FIX THE ISSUE, AT MY COST. ( PLEASE PROVIDE EVIDENCE WITHIN 12HOURS OR DELIVERY)
  • ALTERNATIVELY A PARTIAL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.

LOST PARCELS

  • IN THE EVENT OF A LOST PARCEL, I REQUIRE ANY EVIDENCE YOU HAVE, OR DO NOT HAVE.
  • I WILL THEN FOLLOW THIS UP WITH THE COURIER COMPANY.
  • IN THE EVENT IT IS LOST, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
